Privacy
Forms on the site do not send personal data to NORRA. Below is what else may be processed and how you control analytics.
Studio
NORRA STUDIO is an independent design studio from Kazakhstan. This site presents the work and a way to write to the studio.
Official studio details for the site (name, BIN/IIN, postal address), if published, will appear here after verification. This is separate from the contact and education forms: the site does not receive what you type into them.
Browsing
When you open a page, the browser sends the ordinary technical request data required to deliver it. The studio does not add a separate device fingerprint on top of that.
Inquiries
The inquiry form asks for a name, company, project type, a short note, a preferred way to reply, and the page language. A hidden field helps reject automated submissions. None of this is sent to analytics.
NORRA does not accept or store this form’s data through the site. After you press Send, a notice appears on screen; what you typed stays in your browser (in the page memory) and is not sent to NORRA’s servers. No separate application record or application consent is created through the site.
To reach the studio, you can use Go to WhatsApp — an external WhatsApp chat opens with a generic message. The site does not add your name, contacts, project note, or other form fields to that message. Further communication happens directly in WhatsApp.
Education application
On the education page, the form asks for a name, phone, Google email, chosen course and offer, and the page language. A hidden field helps reject automated submissions. None of this is sent to analytics.
NORRA does not accept or store this form’s data through the site. After you submit, a notice appears on screen; what you typed stays in your browser and is not sent to NORRA’s servers. No separate application record or application consent is created through the site.
To reach NORRA Education, you can use Go to WhatsApp — external WhatsApp opens with a generic message. The site does not add your name, phone, email, chosen course, or format to that message. Further communication happens directly in WhatsApp.
Analytics
Optional analytics (Google Analytics 4) runs only when a GA4 measurement id is configured for the site and you allow analytics in cookie settings. Until you consent, no analytics script is loaded. If no id is configured, analytics is not used on the site. Advertising pixels, heatmaps, and session recording are not used.
If GA4 is configured and you allowed analytics, page views and a few actions may be counted without personal data from forms: opening a project, clicking a contact channel, starting the inquiry form, seeing the WhatsApp next-step notice after Send, changing language. Events do not include names, email, phone, inquiry text, or other values you type into the contact or education forms.
What the browser stores
The cookie choice is stored in the norra_consent cookie for about 180 days. It holds only the policy version, whether analytics is on, and the time of the choice. There is no separate marketing consent: the studio does not set advertising cookies.
Contact and education form data is not written to cookies or localStorage — it stays only on the open page until you leave or refresh.
The browser sessionStorage may hold your place in the archive, including the search text (norra-archive-exploration, about 30 minutes). That stays on the device and is not sent to analytics.
Your choice
Your choice is stored in the norra_consent cookie. Accept allows GA4 analytics if it is configured for the site; Necessary only does not. Settings opens the detailed panel. The same panel is available later from Cookie settings in the site footer. Turning analytics off stops new events; data already received by Google cannot be deleted by NORRA from Google’s systems.
Contact
Questions about this policy, cookies, and optional analytics: norra.studio@protonmail.com. Contact and education forms do not send what you type to NORRA; there are no application records on the server. General questions about the studio: the contact page (WhatsApp, Instagram, Telegram) or the same email.
